It is our policy that no individual will be denied the opportunity to mediate due to race, color, creed, or economic status.  As such, we have incorporated a sliding scale, ranging from $50 to $150 per session.  It is also our goal that 25% of all cases will be mediated on a Pro Bono basis.  In addition, there is no fee for the initial consultation.

Simply stated… Mediation is a process for resolving both differences and/or conflicts between individuals, groups, and organizations.  The process allows participants to clarify issues, explore possible solutions, and ultimately develop an agreement, which benefits all parties.  Mediation is facilitated by a skilled mediator who has been trained in this process. In a court setting, mediation may be utilized as an alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
